b"On today's 'BradCast':\\xa0 Trump has fired just about everyone in his failed Administration (or they quit), failed to fill their vacancies, personally violated an unprecedented number of laws, and purged most of his top officials who work on immigration. But it gets worse:\\xa0 the President of the United States said last week that we "have to get rid of judges," days before reportedly instructing Customs and Border Patrol agents to ignore the law and block immigrants from exercising their legal right to claim asylum. If true, that would be an unlawful instruction from the President of the United States. Real presidents (at least Democratic ones) would be impeached for that. New reports indicate DHS Sec. Kirstjen Nielsen was pushed out for refusing to violate the law as demanded by Trump. Disgraced former KS Sec. of State Kris Kobach may be blocked from a Senate-confirmed post because of Senate Republicans. Another federal court judge blocks yet another key Trump immigration policy, at least for now. Listeners react to yesterday's program with Phil Aroneanu of the ACLU regarding the group's new RightsForAll.us campaign, which seeks to get 2020 candidates on record on several "thorny" civil liberties issues, and the potential pitfalls for Democratic candidates committing early to politically difficult policy positions, as they attempt to unseat arguably the worst president our nation has ever had. Plus Desi Doyen has the latest 'Green News Report', as the Midwest buckles up for another 'bomb cyclone' and potentially more catastrophic flooding, global warming pushes the Arctic ecosystem into an "unprecedented" new state, and the GOP scrambles to come up with their own policy to counter the popular Green New Deal resolution to combat climate change...."
