Also today: troubling new information buried in the redacted Mueller Report shows that Russian intelligence operatives infiltrated "individuals and entities involved in the administration of the [2016] elections," determining they successfully planted malware on a number of U.S. voting systems. But Mueller writes, "the [Special Counsel's] Office did not investigate further [and] did not, for instance, obtain or examine servers or other relevant items belonging to these victims," because "The Office understands that the FBI, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the states have separately investigated that activity."\\xa0 Unfortunately, that's not true, as we detail today. As we have reported repeatedly, DHS admits it did not conduct any forensic analysis of voting systems following the 2016 Presidential election, and apparently no one ever has.\\xa0 That's both crucial and troubling, considering that Trump reportedly won by less than 80,000 votes in the key swing states of Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.
