The agreement reportedly includes less money and less fencing than the deal that Trump rejected in December, leading to the longest federal government shutdown in US history. Trump may yet be harangued into not signing it by rightwing talk show hosts, and shut down the government again.\\xa0 Then election integrity bulldog MARILYN MARKS of the Coalition for Good Governance explains a disturbing update to the group's ongoing election lawsuit challenging inexplicable reported results from Georgia's 2018 Lt. Governor's race, which had an impossibly high rate of 127,000 \\u201cundervotes\\u201d (in which no vote was recorded) that occurred ONLY on touchscreen voting machine ballots, not on paper ballots, with a disproportionately high rate specifically in heavily African-American neighborhoods and precincts. Experts are having trouble coming up with reasons for the anomalous numbers, and Marks is seeking an independent forensic investigation of the computer-voting and tabulation systems used in 2018. The results have national implications, as key states like Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Iowa and California are preparing to move to similarly 100 unverifiable voting systems before the 2020 Presidential election.
