Good news for voters in Florida, where a federal court has found Republican Gov. Rick Scott's process to consider restoration of voting rights for some 1.5 million former felons in the state to be unconstitutional. Finally, Desi Doyen joins us for the latest 'Green News Report', with some good news (for a change) for Puerto Rico, good news for the state of New Jersey, and some more bad news for the planet and the state of Maine under the dumbest governor in the nation..."
