b"On today's 'BradCast':\\xa0 US Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito announced a delayed schedule to examine a legal challenge seeking to invalidate hundreds of thousands of lawfully cast ballots in Pennsylvania, which Joe Biden won over Donald Trump by more than 80,000 votes. The hearing would occur after the so-called 'safe harbor' date to conclude state Electoral College result challenges, and appears to preclude the possibility that the nation's highest court intends to overturn results in Pennsylvania. That case, like all of those filed by the Trump Campaign to date, does not include any evidence or allegation of fraud. But Trump's path to overturning the will of the people is not quite foreclosed just yet, as we explain. COLIN P. CLARKE, an expert in terrorism and insurgencies and political violence at the Soufan Center, explains why he believes Donald Trump's post-election antics to delegitimize the election are extremely dangerous, and that Trump appears to be now actively laying the groundwork for violence and disruption to unfold regularly over the next four years during the Biden Administration. Clarke, an author of a number of books on international terrorism, discusses his concerns, the evidence for them and why he believes it's important for Americans to understand the very real threat posed to our Constitutional order by Trump.\\xa0 Plus Desi Doyen has our latest 'Green News Report.'"
