The hearing would occur after the so-called 'safe harbor' date to conclude state Electoral College result challenges, and appears to preclude the possibility that the nation's highest court intends to overturn results in Pennsylvania. That case, like all of those filed by the Trump Campaign to date, does not include any evidence or allegation of fraud. But Trump's path to overturning the will of the people is not quite foreclosed just yet, as we explain. COLIN P.
