b"Green Party candidate Jill Stein has now filed for a 'recount' in the state of Michigan, after computer security and voting systems experts continue their plea for hand-counts of paper ballots that have, to date, only been tallied by computers. Michigan is the third state, following Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, where counts of the 2016 Presidential election race are being sought. In Wisconsin, where the GOP state legislature recently changed the law to jack up the fees for 'recounts' and to allow such tallies to be done by computers instead of by hand, a state judge, citing that new statute, denied a suit by Stein (joined by the Hillary Clinton campaign) seeking statewide hand counts, despite the judge's own belief they should be carried out that way.\\xa0 We have much more today on all of the above, and callers ring in with questions and thoughts on the 'recounts'.
