A Massachusetts court has temporarily delayed an ill-considered attempt by the state's governor to institute a strict ban on nicotine vaping products, in response to a spate of lung injuries caused by black-market THC/cannabis cartridges, not nicotine. Such bans endanger the lives of an untold number of smokers and former smokers who would be prevented from using life-saving nicotine vapor devices in many states considering similar deadly bans because of irresponsible media coverage that has confused the public by equating safer nicotine vaping (and marijuana vaping, where it is legal and regulated) with the use of contaminated black-market THC vaping devices.
