Although Canadian prime minister Louis St-Laurent won the biggest majority Liberal government in history, spearheaded building the St. Lawrence Seaway and Trans-Canada Highway, created RRSPs; and stayed prime minister until he was 75 years old, he's been an overlooked leader. Patrice Dutil has tried to remedy that oversight with his book, "The Unexpected Louis St-Laurent: Politics and Policies for a Modern Canada."
