In this episode I talk about grief, the grieving process, what exactly happens to your mind when you are in a state of grieving, I share my personal experience, things that can help and how friends and loved ones of those grieving the loss of someone can help support them through this process. This is a subject close to my heart and I hope my words may offer someone peace and understanding. I am always available to listen, and I can help anyone looking for exercise which helps mentally, physically and emotionally.
