Alcorn County Mississippi (Corinth) borders Tennessee just south of McNairy and Hardin counties. It is a short drive from both North Alabama and Memphis Tennessee. Highway 45, the most direct route from Chicago Illinois to the Gulf Coast, runs through Alcorn County.
