\nI think back to those commercials when I consider the dilemma of Revelation X\u2122. Here, we\u2019ve been doing a great job for our client \u2013 working hard and solving the problems they hired us to solve. At the same time, we\u2019re doing an equally great job for our company \u2013 bringing operating efficiencies and fee increases that enhance our income and margins. We\u2019re blissfully anticipating \u201cManager of the Year\u201d awards while our client is struggling to remember just what they\u2019re paying for and exactly what we\u2019ve done for them lately. The \u201cValue Gap\u201d is staring us squarely in the face and we don\u2019t even see it. But our contract is now at risk. \u201cWhat will you do?\u201d
