There is a certain tyranny in the \u201cnew normal\u201d. Humans have a tendency to normalize any situation \u2013 including the situation where we possess a client in our portfolio. They\u2019re ours \u2013 we have them \u2013 we\u2019re used to them. The thrill of the victory when we won the client has long since vanished. We\u2019re off to the next new conquest \u2013 the next new client.
