4. Bubble of Peace - Create a safe space in your mind around yourself and only invite things inside your bubble that makes you feel at peace.

5. Gratitude - find something everyday that you can feel grateful for

6. When you start looking for things to be grateful for, things to be grateful for start showing up.

7. Pick one thing that you are grateful for and then pick 5 reasons why you are grateful for that one thing

8. When visualizing - incorporate all of your senses (how it sounds, feels, smells, taste) 

9. Stomp in the grass - send the energy that isn’t serving your highest good into the ground it is a good way to release that energy

10. Find a community of like minded people that lift you up

11. No matter how much is thrown at you remember that you are in control of your mindset

12. When the teachers are aligned and feeling good and that passes onto the students
