About Our Guest Mark Weber is a music educator in Warren Township, a former New Jersey public school parent, a doctoral student in Education Policy at Rutgers University, and a member of the NJEA. Weber’s blog, “Jersey Jazzman,” is a nationally recognized source of education policy analysis and commentary. It can be read at jerseyjazzman.blogspot.com.  Mark is one of this year’s plenary session speakers at the NJEA Convention.
