1. There were no food comas after Thanksgiving for our Centex teams, as six local schools won going away in round 3 of the playoffs. But they won\'t all be advancing to the state championship game, presumably, so which local team has the earliest expiration date \\u2014 i.e., who has has the toughest game in round 4?

2. The Lorena-Franklin rematch is one of the most enticing games in the state this week. The cliche is that it\'s hard to beat a team twice. What do the Leopards need to do to make it happen?

3. If Mart and Chilton both win this week, we\'ll get an all-Centex game in the state semifinals. It happens fairly often in the regional final around here, but how cool would that be? It would guarantee us at least one team at Jerryworld, too, obviously.

4. It\'s that time of year where coaching changes start bubbling up frequently. This week, it was Clint Zander at Bosqueville, who has spent the last 15 years with a successful run leading the Bulldogs in many sports, though the football team has fallen off in recent years. We talk about whether Bosqueville is poised for success, and about local small-school programs generally in Central Texas.
