Mask appeal

Gov. Ron DeSantis plans to appeal a judge's ruling that allows local school boards to impose mask mandates. The promise to appeal came on the same day the Joe Biden administration announced it was opening civil rights investigations into five states with policies banning school districts from requiring masks.
