For daydreamers like me, this handy practice of visualization has helped me reach some lofty goals and manifest some crazy stuff. There’s also a very helpful exercise called “WOOP” created by Author, Psychologist, and researcher, Gabriele Oettingen, and taught by Professor Laurie Santos Of Yale University’s online course, The Science of Wellbeing, that I explain in the episode. Helpful and fun, you may already be doing this. But when you know how to use it to your advantage, you’ll be surprised at how much you can accomplish with it. Enjoy!
