Paul was the first manager to win back to back FA Sunday Cups, doing so with Fantail FC in the early 80\\u2019s. Winning the National Cup is an unbelievable achievement in itself, and retaining it was even better! Paul based his managerial style on the famous \\u2018Boot Room\\u2019 men of Liverpool FC, particularly Bob Paisley and Joe Fagan and his style brought much success to all the teams he has been involved with.
