Do you find yourself needing a nap in the afternoon? Do you find yourself needing loads of caffeine throughout the day? Do you find that you have major sugar cravings?

Some tips to improve your quality of sleep:

1. Turn off your screen and read an actual book before bed.

2. Sleep in a cool, dark room.

4. Get 7-8 hours of sleep per night.
