Ukraine’s parliament voted Wednesday to approve a draft law allowing its citizens to carry firearms and defend themselves. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Thursday says he would provide weapons to any citizen who wants to defend the country against Russian attacks. The Department of Justice announced Wednesday that it is ending its "China Initiative" program that was aimed at preventing spying by the Chinese Communist Party, and launching a new, "broader approach."
