Yeah.\\xa0One\\xa0of\\xa0the\\xa0papers\\xa0that\\xa0I\\xa0wrote\\xa0is\\xa0called\\xa0A\\xa0Return\\xa0to\\xa0the\\xa0Times\\xa0of\\xa0the\\xa0Founders\\xa0of\\xa0Science\\xa0and\\xa0Religion.\\xa0Essentially,\\xa0if\\xa0you\\xa0look\\xa0at\\xa0the\\xa0time\\xa0between\\xa0Homer\\xa0and\\xa0Socrates,\\xa03000\\xa0to\\xa0two\\xa0and\\xa0a\\xa0half\\xa0thousand\\xa0years\\xa0ago,\\xa0this\\xa0is\\xa0a\\xa0place\\xa0and\\xa0time\\xa0that\\xa0Galileo\\xa0went\\xa0back\\xa0to,\\xa0that\\xa0Erwin\\xa0Schroeder\\xa0went\\xa0back\\xa0to,\\xa0to\\xa0rediscover\\xa0a\\xa0holistic\\xa0view\\xa0of\\xa0science\\xa0and\\xa0religion,\\xa0science\\xa0and\\xa0spirituality,\\xa0essentially.\\xa0And\\xa0as\\xa0an\\xa0engineer,\\xa0as\\xa0a\\xa0scientist,\\xa0I\\xa0am\\xa0drawn\\xa0to\\xa0that\\xa0and\\xa0finding\\xa0out\\xa0that\\xa0Pythagoras\\xa0was\\xa0a\\xa0spiritual\\xa0healer,\\xa0he\\xa0was\\xa0a\\xa0musician,\\xa0socrates\\xa0was\\xa0a\\xa0sculptor.\\xa0Besides\\xa0being\\xa0the\\xa0father\\xa0of\\xa0logic\\xa0and\\xa0that\\xa0harmony\\xa0that\\xa0exists\\xa0at\\xa0that\\xa0time\\xa0between\\xa0spirituality,\\xa0science,\\xa0logic\\xa0is\\xa0just\\xa0a\\xa0major\\xa0draw\\xa0in\\xa0my\\xa0life.\\xa0And\\xa0I\\xa0try\\xa0to\\xa0bring\\xa0that\\xa0out\\xa0to\\xa0other\\xa0scientists,\\xa0other\\xa0engineers\\xa0who\\xa0want\\xa0to\\xa0find\\xa0logic\\xa0in\\xa0spirituality.\\xa0And\\xa0that\'s\\xa0the\\xa0connection\\xa0that\\xa0I\\xa0have\\xa0with\\xa0business\\xa0people\\xa0and\\xa0with\\xa0logical\\xa0thinkers,\\xa0is\\xa0there\\xa0is\\xa0a\\xa0lot\\xa0of\\xa0logic\\xa0behind\\xa0spirituality?

Not\\xa0for\\xa0sure.\\xa0I\\xa0appreciate\\xa0that,\\xa0and\\xa0it\'s\\xa0amazing.\\xa0Like\\xa0you\'re\\xa0saying,\\xa0we\\xa0go\\xa0back\\xa0thousands\\xa0of\\xa0years\\xa0to\\xa0the\\xa0time\\xa0of\\xa0Socrates\\xa0and\\xa0Pythagoras,\\xa0and\\xa0we\\xa0learn\\xa0a\\xa0lot\\xa0of\\xa0things\\xa0about\\xa0those\\xa0people\\xa0that\\xa0we\\xa0certainly\\xa0weren\'t\\xa0taught\\xa0in\\xa0school.\\xa0Right.\\xa0The\\xa0spiritual\\xa0elements\\xa0and\\xa0some\\xa0of\\xa0their\\xa0actual\\xa0philosophy.\\xa0We\\xa0learned\\xa0a\\xa0couple\\xa0of\\xa0things\\xa0that\\xa0they\\xa0think\\xa0the\\xa0education\\xa0system\\xa0thinks\\xa0that\\xa0we\\xa0should\\xa0know.\\xa0This\\xa0will\\xa0help\\xa0support\\xa0you\\xa0and\\xa0your\\xa0education\\xa0in\\xa0certain\\xa0ways,\\xa0but\\xa0they\\xa0leave\\xa0out\\xa0some\\xa0of\\xa0these,\\xa0I\\xa0think,\\xa0larger\\xa0elements.\\xa0If\\xa0you\\xa0didn\'t\\xa0go,\\xa0unless\\xa0you\\xa0went\\xa0to\\xa0some\\xa0type\\xa0of\\xa0private\\xa0school\\xa0or\\xa0Catholic\\xa0school\\xa0or\\xa0what\\xa0have\\xa0you,\\xa0spiritual\\xa0element\\xa0is\\xa0ignored\\xa0right.\\xa0In\\xa0the\\xa0education\\xa0system.\\xa0So,\\xa0Sean,\\xa0I\\xa0usually\\xa0like\\xa0to\\xa0start\\xa0these\\xa0off\\xa0with\\xa0the\\xa0whole\\xa0idea\\xa0that\\xa0you\\xa0and\\xa0I\\xa0are\\xa0merely\\xa0vessels\\xa0for\\xa0universal\\xa0energy,\\xa0and\\xa0it\'s\\xa0expressing\\xa0itself\\xa0to\\xa0and\\xa0through\\xa0us\\xa0and\\xa0generally\\xa0for\\xa0somebody\'s\\xa0highest\\xa0and\\xa0best.\\xa0Good.\\xa0Right.\\xa0Hopefully.\\xa0And\\xa0to\\xa0that\\xa0end,\\xa0the\\xa0conversation\\xa0that\\xa0you\\xa0and\\xa0I\\xa0are\\xa0going\\xa0to\\xa0have,\\xa0you\\xa0and\\xa0I\\xa0will\\xa0understand.\\xa0Right.\\xa0And\\xa0we\'ll\\xa0think\\xa0we\'re\\xa0having\\xa0that\\xa0conversation,\\xa0but\\xa0there\'s\\xa0going\\xa0to\\xa0be\\xa0somebody\\xa0who\\xa0tunes\\xa0in,\\xa0and\\xa0they\'re\\xa0going\\xa0to\\xa0hear\\xa0a\\xa0completely\\xa0different\\xa0conversation\\xa0that\'s\\xa0meant\\xa0only\\xa0for\\xa0them.\\xa0What\\xa0do\\xa0you\\xa0think\\xa0that\\xa0message\\xa0is\\xa0for\\xa0that\\xa0person?\\xa0What\'s\\xa0coming\\xa0through\\xa0you\\xa0today?

Well,\\xa0I\\xa0think\\xa0the\\xa0most\\xa0important\\xa0message\\xa0that\\xa0I\\xa0try\\xa0to\\xa0portray\\xa0to\\xa0people,\\xa0and\\xa0it\'s\\xa0what\\xa0inspired\\xa0me\\xa0to\\xa0start\\xa0writing\\xa0was\\xa0that\\xa0we\\xa0are,\\xa0as\\xa0you\\xa0said,\\xa0we\'re\\xa0all\\xa0spiritual\\xa0beings.\\xa0We\\xa0existed\\xa0before\\xa0we\\xa0came\\xa0into\\xa0this\\xa0life.\\xa0We\\xa0came\\xa0into\\xa0this\\xa0life\\xa0for\\xa0a\\xa0reason,\\xa0for\\xa0purpose.\\xa0And\\xa0as\\xa0I\\xa0said,\\xa0discovering\\xa0that\\xa0purpose\\xa0is\\xa0the\\xa0most\\xa0important\\xa0thing\\xa0you\\xa0can\\xa0do\\xa0in\\xa0this\\xa0life\\xa0for\\xa0me.\\xa0People\\xa0talk\\xa0about\\xa0spiritual\\xa0awakening.\\xa0I\'ve\\xa0had\\xa0five\\xa0in\\xa0my\\xa0life\\xa0peeling\\xa0back\\xa0the\\xa0onion,\\xa0as\\xa0it\\xa0were,\\xa0of\\xa0my\\xa0material\\xa0life\\xa0and\\xa0understanding\\xa0what\\xa0my\\xa0original\\xa0spiritual\\xa0meaning\\xa0was.\\xa0And\\xa0anytime\\xa0you\\xa0can\\xa0peel\\xa0back\\xa0one\\xa0of\\xa0the\\xa0layers\\xa0of\\xa0that\\xa0onion,\\xa0you\\xa0have\\xa0this\\xa0opening\\xa0up\\xa0of\\xa0a\\xa0world\\xa0that\\xa0you\\xa0didn\'t\\xa0understand\\xa0before.\\xa0It\'s\\xa0scary,\\xa0it\'s\\xa0different,\\xa0but\\xa0that\'s\\xa0what\\xa0we\'re\\xa0here\\xa0to\\xa0do.\\xa0We\'re\\xa0here\\xa0to\\xa0learn\\xa0and\\xa0discover.\\xa0It\'s\\xa0been\\xa0a\\xa0scary\\xa0road\\xa0for\\xa0me\\xa0at\\xa0some\\xa0times,\\xa0but\\xa0more\\xa0recently,\\xa0it\'s\\xa0been\\xa0really\\xa0enjoyable\\xa0to\\xa0peel\\xa0back\\xa0another\\xa0layer\\xa0and\\xa0find\\xa0a\\xa0new\\xa0part\\xa0of\\xa0me.

Perfect\\xa0five\\xa0awakening\\xa0five.\\xa0So\\xa0let\\xa0me\\xa0ask\\xa0you\\xa0this.\\xa0If\\xa0you\'ve\\xa0experienced\\xa0one,\\xa0I\\xa0think\\xa0a\\xa0lot\\xa0of\\xa0people\\xa0feel\\xa0like\\xa0the\\xa0awakening\\xa0in\\xa0of\\xa0itself\\xa0is\\xa0enlightenment\\xa0or\\xa0the\\xa0end\\xa0of\\xa0the\\xa0road,\\xa0like,\\xa0hey,\\xa0look,\\xa0I\'m\\xa0working\\xa0on\\xa0my\\xa0awakening.\\xa0And\\xa0then,\\xa0as\\xa0I\'m\\xa0sure\\xa0you\\xa0experienced\\xa0for\\xa0yourself,\\xa0the\\xa0awakening\\xa0is\\xa0or\\xa0an\\xa0awakening\\xa0is\\xa0kind\\xa0of\\xa0like\\xa0the\\xa0beginning,\\xa0which\\xa0is\\xa0almost\\xa0annoying.\\xa0You\'re\\xa0like,\\xa0what\\xa0do\\xa0you\\xa0mean?\\xa0I\\xa0just\\xa0got\\xa0here.\\xa0I\'ve\\xa0worked\\xa0my\\xa0whole\\xa0life\\xa0and\\xa0we\\xa0got\\xa0here.\\xa0This\\xa0is\\xa0amazing,\\xa0but\\xa0this\\xa0is\\xa0just\\xa0the\\xa0beginning.\\xa0And\\xa0then\\xa0to\\xa0have\\xa0five,\\xa0I\'d\\xa0love\\xa0to\\xa0hear\\xa0more\\xa0about\\xa0that\\xa0because\\xa0it\'s\\xa0like\\xa0you\\xa0said,\\xa0an\\xa0awakening\\xa0can\\xa0be\\xa0scary\\xa0in\\xa0of\\xa0itself.\\xa0But\\xa0to\\xa0have\\xa0multiples\\xa0is,\\xa0it\\xa0kind\\xa0of\\xa0like\\xa0it\\xa0gets\\xa0easier\\xa0as\\xa0it\\xa0goes\\xa0along.\\xa0Is\\xa0each\\xa0one\\xa0of\\xa0them\\xa0like\\xa0this\\xa0roller\\xa0coaster?\\xa0Tell\\xa0me\\xa0a\\xa0little\\xa0bit\\xa0more\\xa0about\\xa0that.

Well,\\xa0the\\xa0first\\xa0one\\xa0was\\xa0when\\xa0I\\xa0was\\xa014,\\xa0when\\xa0I\\xa0was\\xa0a\\xa0child.\\xa0People\\xa0always\\xa0said,\\xa0he\'s\\xa0going\\xa0to\\xa0be\\xa0an\\xa0engineer\\xa0because\\xa0he\\xa0takes\\xa0everything\\xa0apart.\\xa0When\\xa0he\\xa0puts\\xa0it\\xa0back\\xa0together,\\xa0it\\xa0still\\xa0works.\\xa0So\\xa0I\\xa0was\\xa0kind\\xa0of\\xa0indoctrinated\\xa0in\\xa0this\\xa0idea\\xa0that\\xa0I\\xa0was\\xa0an\\xa0engineer.\\xa0And\\xa0I\\xa0certainly\\xa0had\\xa0a\\xa0very\\xa0logical\\xa0mind.\\xa0It\\xa0was\\xa0an\\xa0excellent\\xa0mathematician.\\xa0But\\xa0every\\xa0Sunday\\xa0I\\xa0went\\xa0to\\xa0church\\xa0and\\xa0it\\xa0didn\'t\\xa0make\\xa0any\\xa0sense\\xa0to\\xa0me.\\xa0Right.\\xa0And\\xa0and\\xa0and\\xa0I\\xa0had\\xa0this\\xa0question\\xa0in\\xa0my\\xa0my\\xa0mind\\xa0and\\xa0said,\\xa0if\\xa0God\\xa0created\\xa0this,\\xa0why\\xa0can\'t\\xa0I\\xa0understand\\xa0Him?\\xa0And\\xa0at\\xa0the\\xa0age\\xa0of\\xa014,\\xa0I\\xa0embarked\\xa0on\\xa0a\\xa0mission\\xa0to\\xa0try\\xa0and\\xa0answer\\xa0that\\xa0question.\\xa0I\\xa0left\\xa0the\\xa0Catholic\\xa0Church.\\xa0My\\xa0parents\\xa0required\\xa0me\\xa0to\\xa0go\\xa0to\\xa0church\\xa0every\\xa0Sunday,\\xa0so\\xa0I\\xa0still\\xa0went\\xa0to\\xa0church.\\xa0I\\xa0went\\xa0to\\xa0the\\xa0Baptist\\xa0church,\\xa0I\\xa0went\\xa0to\\xa0the\\xa0Jewish\\xa0services,\\xa0I\\xa0went\\xa0to\\xa0Hindu\\xa0services.\\xa0I\\xa0just\\xa0looked\\xa0around\\xa0and\\xa0tried\\xa0to\\xa0find\\xa0an\\xa0answer.\\xa0If\\xa0there\\xa0is\\xa0a\\xa0God,\\xa0then\\xa0I\\xa0should\\xa0be\\xa0able\\xa0to\\xa0understand\\xa0Him,\\xa0because\\xa0he\\xa0made\\xa0this\\xa0according\\xa0to\\xa0you.\\xa0Right.\\xa0And\\xa0so\\xa0by\\xa0the\\xa0time\\xa0I\\xa0graduated\\xa0from\\xa0college,\\xa0I\\xa0had\\xa0looked\\xa0at\\xa018\\xa0different\\xa0religions.\\xa0The\\xa0one\\xa0that\\xa0appealed\\xa0to\\xa0me\\xa0the\\xa0most\\xa0through\\xa0that\\xa0journey\\xa0was\\xa0was\\xa0Buddhism.\\xa0And\\xa0I\\xa0kind\\xa0of\\xa0gave\\xa0up\\xa0the\\xa0search\\xa0after\\xa0I\\xa0left\\xa0college\\xa0because\\xa0I\\xa0really\\xa0didn\'t\\xa0find\\xa0an\\xa0answer\\xa0to\\xa0my\\xa0question,\\xa0original\\xa0question.\\xa0And\\xa0it\\xa0wasn\'t\\xa0until\\xa0I\\xa0was\\xa030,\\xa0I\\xa0guess\\xa032\\xa0or\\xa033,\\xa0that\\xa0I\\xa0had\\xa0the\\xa0second\\xa0awakening,\\xa0which\\xa0was\\xa0an\\xa0inner\\xa0drive,\\xa0forcing\\xa0me\\xa0to\\xa0study\\xa0everything\\xa0I\\xa0could\\xa0about\\xa0spirituality.\\xa0And\\xa0then\\xa0a\\xa0year\\xa0later,\\xa0my\\xa0daughter\\xa0was\\xa0born\\xa0in\\xa0the\\xa028th\\xa0week.\\xa0She\\xa0was\\xa0about\\xa0that\\xa0big.\\xa0She\\xa0was\\xa01300\\xa0grams.\\xa0And\\xa0then\\xa0I\\xa0realized\\xa0why\\xa0I\\xa0spent\\xa0so\\xa0much\\xa0time\\xa0learning\\xa0about\\xa0spirituality,\\xa0because\\xa0this\\xa0test\\xa0that\\xa0was\\xa0given\\xa0to\\xa0our\\xa0family\\xa0was\\xa0one\\xa0that\\xa0I\\xa0needed\\xa0support\\xa0with.\\xa0And\\xa0my\\xa0studies\\xa0had\\xa0helped\\xa0me\\xa0to\\xa0be\\xa0optimistic\\xa0and\\xa0positive\\xa0about\\xa0this\\xa0tiny\\xa0little\\xa0girl\\xa0who\\xa0came\\xa0into\\xa0our\\xa0lives\\xa0and\\xa0helped\\xa0me\\xa0to\\xa0become\\xa0the\\xa0right\\xa0father\\xa0for\\xa0her.

Absolutely\\xa0sounds\\xa0like\\xa0that\\xa0was\\xa0definitely\\xa0a\\xa0challenge.\\xa0But\\xa0I\\xa0mean,\\xa0even\\xa0to\\xa0have\\xa0kind\\xa0of\\xa0this\\xa0awakening\\xa0at\\xa0an\\xa0early\\xa0age\\xa0or\\xa0I\\xa0think\\xa0the\\xa0yearning\\xa0for\\xa0an\\xa0answer\\xa0at\\xa0the\\xa0age\\xa0of\\xa014\\xa0and\\xa0the\\xa0idea\\xa0that,\\xa0hey,\\xa0if\\xa0I\'m\\xa0created\\xa0by\\xa0God,\\xa0then\\xa0there\\xa0should\\xa0be\\xa0some\\xa0type\\xa0of\\xa0innate\\xa0understanding\\xa0of\\xa0this\\xa0whole\\xa0system.\\xa0And\\xa0that\\xa0makes\\xa0sense,\\xa0right.\\xa0I\\xa0think\\xa0that\\xa0I\\xa0can\\xa0buy\\xa0into\\xa0that.\\xa0I\\xa0love\\xa0that.\\xa0You\\xa0dove\\xa0into,\\xa0like,\\xa018\\xa0different\\xa0religions,\\xa0so\\xa0you\\xa0just\\xa0kind\\xa0of\\xa0went\\xa0through\\xa0each\\xa0one\\xa0of\\xa0these,\\xa0and\\xa0you\\xa0probably\\xa0had\\xa0a\\xa0lot\\xa0of\\xa0seeds\\xa0planted\\xa0at\\xa0that\\xa0point\\xa0in\\xa0time,\\xa0right?\\xa0Each\\xa0one\\xa0of\\xa0those\\xa0kind\\xa0of\\xa0imparted\\xa0a\\xa0thing.\\xa0And\\xa0I\'m\\xa0certainly\\xa0curious\\xa0to\\xa0hear\\xa0more\\xa0about\\xa0what\\xa0you\\xa0found\\xa0was\\xa0similar\\xa0throughout\\xa0all\\xa0of\\xa0those.
