Welcome back to the girlfriend's guide to the Challenge, where sisters Ally & Leah are giving you all the dirt you really want to know about season 34  of the Challenge.

The sisters open up the episode with some great hair care advice from a current cast member! 

Georgia and Theo try to amp up Team UK to become a "cohesive" team... 

Rogan pledges his loyalty to his Queen... Paulie 

We see the power couples wrestling on the ground for major cloudt and Turbo declares Tori and Cara the winners while Jordan picks the word FAKE to describe Cara.

Finally, we see some hookup action between Leroy and Kam, and honestly WE. ARE. HERE. FOR. IT!!!
CT is dishing out the relationship advice like the next Esther Perel. 

Dee gets dehydrated trying to keep up with Tori and Rogan stands awkwardly in the doorway not knowing what to do with his hands. 

This week's challenge is Under Siege and honestly, this is the hardest challenge ever! The guys are in a 60-foot shipping container trying to figure out a puzzle while getting hit with yoga balls in the face and screaming at each other. A shipping container can only hold so much testosterone.

The girls go next and not one peep is made. Both teams fail to complete the puzzle so we go to SUDDEN DEATH! 

It's not nearly as cool as it sounds. 

Ultimately Team US wins and Josh, Ninja, and Leroy form the tribunal.

Team Uk throws in Idris and he's super shocked for some reason.

We see another makeout sesh between Theo and Paulie? Production mistakes it for a fight and breaks it up.

Idris vs Theo in the proving ground and Theo wins by a landslide. Just when we think the episode is winding down a whole fight explodes at the hands of Ashley's manipulation. Turbo demands to go against Jordan in elimination and somehow Cara starts screaming at Tori. 

We finally see the much anticipated argument with Jordan and Turbo and it's all over Turbo's walk being "copied" is this serious?

At the very end, we talk about the potential season 35 cast list and Leah is pumped for so many Big Brother members.
