Ally and Leah are recapping the latest episode of Life After Lockup: Between Roc and a Hard Place. Ally has decided on a new and better name for this episode, but you'll have to listen to find out what it is!

We learn from Michael this week what it takes to be a best friend. Oh you thought it was being there for each other and enjoying the same activities? Well for Michael those activities include selling drugs and getting chased down by the cops together. Just normal things! We also learn just how bad of a liar Megan is when she gets questioned about her "involvement" with bff Roc, gotta work on that poker face girl. Meanwhile Sarah is out here living her best life, picking up dudes and hanging with her bff (but they haven't sold drugs together so are they really?). Michael's love life was getting a little boring, so it's about time we get a new "lady" friend in the mix, welcome to the harem Miami girl!

"Love Always Wins" for Angela and Tony, even if that means sleeping in the back seat of her car in the Mississippi heat, slapping bugs off of your face. Donna Faye is here to save the day again by somehow always saying exactly what we are thinking. Ally and Leah are not sure if Angela knows that Tony is a human and not a stray dog during this conversation with her sister.

During our short time with Lacey and Shane this week, Shane is all hyped up on Long Islands and ready to stand up to Lacey. Cut to him apologizing and making out with her on their front porch. Lacey and Shane got matching couple tattoos which leads the sisters into a deep dive discussion of the location and just tattoos in general. Spoiler alert: we think Lacey and Shane's were a BAD idea.

Leah is concerned about the logistics of how Cheryl's car managed to break down and get towed with all of her belongings inside? The sisters respect Josh's mom for laying down some more than fair ground rules for these two, including a curfew which apparently is too much for Cheryl to handle.

Clint is just looking for his parent's... what is that word where you like help.. are there for someone... oh yeah support! And definitely not financial support! Well that's a big ole nope from Mama and Papa Clint. They are over it and so are we.

Ally and Leah have a difference of opinion when it comes to the conversation between Brittany and her mom, was it healthy or not? This situation is sad and Leah is just happy we got to see an adorable Gio moment thrown in there.
