Lorrie starts the show off by giving listeners look into her background and the work that she does in her business, Whole Family Mentoring. She recounts how her repressed trauma was brought forth later in her life; what caused the trauma to resurface and how she coped with this realization.\\xa0

After hitting her breaking point and planning to take her own life, Lorrie found her strength and kept fighting, eventually becoming resilient to the pain that once crushed her. Lorrie explains how seeing a therapist helped her step into resiliency and out of the pain she felt. Lorrie so perfectly describes what pain feels like and the reaction it forces it us to have of escape and fleeing from those feelings of pain. She shares stories of how she tried to run from what had the potential to cause her pain even before it did.

Lorrie explains how her experience led her to her passion for helping people overcome trauma. Now, as a body language advisor, emotion code practitioner, and energy worker, as well as having practiced skill with essential oils, Lorrie offers everything to her clients that she found lacking in her own recovery from trauma. In her practice, Lorrie focuses on creating a trusting and safe environment for her clients and works to treat the body in all aspects.\\xa0
