Ije Mcdougall is a trained communicator with many feathers to her bow.
Having grown up in Nigeria and migrated to the UK as an adult, she has a unique perspective on how people define themselves.
She is a HR/Employment Law Expert with the UK government and until recently was a BBC Local Radio Producer.
She founded and runs The Kairos Initiative, a charity dedicated to victims of extremism in North Eastern Nigeria.
Ije is the author of "Surviving 0 to 5. #MumofGirls" a short commentary on her experiences as a mother of 2 daughters.
She's passionate and deliberate about the topics she chooses to speak on.
