Also, learn how the softball field plays. know the layout of the softball field in how far the softball is going to roll with the grass being tall or short. Know where the sun is and the wind is blowing and use it to your fastpitch softball team\'s advantage when hitting. Use every player!\\xa0 First base and third base coaches can be used as two extra pairs of eyes on the field to help runners. Kristine says when signaling the batters, use the signs to reaffirm the batters again about the plan that has already be put into play.
