Produced by http://Fastpitch.TV - In Jessica Mendoza\'s slapping clinic part four, Jessica takes questions from the audience. You can purchase the same softball bat at http://SoftballJunk.com.
The first question Mendoza addresses is that you should teach a beginner softball player to hit first then teach how to slapping because it is harder to teach hitting away after they have been taught slapping.
The next question was if Mendoza had to work out side of their softball team and they have to work on their own. She says that she did have to work outside and to work one-on-one to get the small details worked out.
She also addresses that when the first foot hits down is the same time she makes contact with the softball. And that she never starts in the back of the box but she stays in the same spot in the box no matter if she is hitting away or slapping.
