Kirk Walker and Lisa Fernandez answer questions about speed pitching. In this video you will lern that pitching speed comes from the whipping effect of a players arm, but not how fast a player can rotate her arm around. Power also comes from how hard a player pushes and leads off with their legs. A player can throw their arm around as fast a possible and the pitch be fast, but proper mechanics will give a pitcher a consistently powerful successful pitch. \\xa0 \\xa0
