Hitting a change up is quite tricky. every pitcher has their own unique way of pitching and reading the change up takes a lot of work. On this show Kirk Walker and Lisa Fernandez give some pointers on how to prepare for a change up pitch. Kirk suggests working on the motions of swinging, but right before moving the bat to hesitate and with that their body will physically be ready for a change up pitch. Ultimately timing is the biggest factor to hitting a successful change up pitch.\\xa0
