NFCA President Carol Bruggeman joins us on this show to share what the awards ceremony is all about. Many coaches are awarded and celebrated for coaching staff of the year awards in local and national categories. Also 3 to 5 members are inducted into the hall of fame. Carol also coaches at the University of Louisville. If a young athlete wants to get noticed by their preferred college then that player needs to get to a clinic or camp for that school to get noticed and possibly talk to the head coach!\\xa0
Carol emphasizes the benefit of joining the NFCA for such a great price. The organization is a great learning tool for players and coaches of all ages and levels of the game to excel in fastpitch softball!\\xa0
