As we launch the 12 Elements of Health, Cathy discusses each element and asks you to take an honest look at where you are at right now, rating yourself from a 1 - 10. You will then pick the 3 elements that you would like to work on most and create a simple action step to make small improvements. The goal is to be able to pull this list out come 1/1/2022 and feel proud of how much progress you have made and to be on the path to a healthier and happier you!
