In this weeks episode, host Chris Cottrell interviews the head coach of Oklahoma Wesleyan University, Donnie Bostwick. As of this interview, coach Bostwick and Oklahoma Wesleyan are 15 - 0. Currently they are ranked number 4 in the NAIA Men's Basketball Coaches Top 25 Poll. After starting the year ranked number 16 in the coaches preseason poll, the Eagles have ripped off 15 straight including nine consecutive wins in conference play, The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference. Bostwick has more than 230 wins at Oklahoma Wesleyan And has been named National coach of the year on three different occasions, 2009, 2010, and 2013. In the last four seasons, coach Bostwick has led Oklahoma Wesleyan men's basketball to 4 straight NAIA National Tournament Sweet 16’s. Cottrell and Bostwick discuss last seasons success and looking forward to this year, through the pandemic. Bostwick talks about the relationship between his mission trips and his basketball program’s culture. And, Cottrell and Bostwick talk defense, assisting the ball as well as Oklahoma Wesleyan’s 10-man rotation.
