She had a message for the bishop. Initially, he didn\\u2019t believe Juan Diego. He thought we has telling \\u201cmentiras\\u201d (lies), not \\u201cla verdad\\u201d (the truth). He asked for a \\u201cse\\xf1al\\u201d (sign). Later, Juan Diego returned, and the Virgen\\u2019s image miraculously appeared on his tilma, or cloak. That image has become known as \\u201cLa Virgen de Guadalupe...'
