In today\\u2019s first segment, I talk about change.

\\n

Change is the only constant of the universe, yet most of us resist change in our lives.

\\n

As I talk about in the segment, when we resist change, we experience prolonged stress that is fueled by negative emotions and thoughts and ultimately wind up in anxiety or depression.

\\n

So the practice is not in addressing the emotions or even the stress. The practice is in accepting change.

\\n

In the second segment today, I talk about how science has shown us, unambiguously, that all Humans come into this world with an innate sense of goodness.

\\n

But growing up in this world there this innate goodness is undervalued, we lose touch with our inner goodness like we lose touch with a childhood friend.
