We\\u2019re back with the two-segment format today!

In the first segment, I talk about a few videos over the past couple of weeks that have gone viral on Tik Tok after I almost pulled the plug on the whole thing.

This becomes an opportunity to sense into the resistance of doing something new - and to sense into the very feeling of the resistance we experience.

And it also becomes an opportunity to recognize the beginner's mind. That is, there are always vast portions of our experience that include what we don\\u2019t know we don\\u2019t know.
