Before I get into today’s content, I want to make sure you know about an exciting new offering I’m making, starting next week!

The Art Burns Coaching Winter Workshop Series is a 12 week series of interactive workshops designed to inspire, motivate, and teach vital practices that will help you Show Up To Life!

We kick off next Saturday, 1/15, at 11:30 am MST.

I’ll be sending out a link later today or tomorrow with all the information you need, but the first workshop is going to cover Journaling.

Of all the practices I’ve learned over the past ten years, Journaling is certainly among the most impactful in my moment-to-moment experience.

While there are countless ways to approach journaling and as many ways to benefit from the practice, I will cover about four different Journaling modalities and, as with each workshop, you will leave with actionable instructions!

So keep an eye out for a separate email later today or tomorrow.

In today’s first segment, I talk about how journaling can be used to manage rumination and, instead, plan mindfully and healthily.

Spoiler alert: Journaling is an invaluable tool in this process!

In the second segment, we talk about time stress and how this particular kind of stress can interrupt and interfere with our accurate estimating and perception of time.

I hope you enjoy the episode!
