I am so excited to formally announce my 8 Week Self-Compassion course tomorrow!

For that reason, I wanted to get to some of the basics of mindfulness before we jump into a sea of self-compassion content for the next week as the program approaches.

In the first segment today, I talk about how mindfulness allows for a sort of third-person detachment that enables us to observe and note our experiences instead of being entangled in them.

And this leads into the second segment today where I talk about how mindfulness cultivates the vital life skill of critical thinking.

I hope you enjoy the episode today!!!

If you feel like you want to get some support in doing these practices, there’s a link below to schedule a call with me so I can guide you to the program that’s right for you!

If you would like to learn more about these practices I talk about, I encourage you to get in touch.

Some people are well capable of developing these skills on their own, but most of us need a little guidance, motivation, and accountability in order to stick with it long enough for the skills to take root as habits.

If you feel like you could use some coaching, your first session is on me.

In fact, I’ve already bought the first session for you!

All you have to do is claim it.

And you can do that by clicking this link:
