b'

Today’s first segment begins with a trigger warning, as I discuss some details of my own childhood trauma and the cognitive dissonance it caused.

And I talk about how this cognitive dissonance created the most difficult and damaging choice I’ve ever had to make!

In the second segment, I talk about anger.

Specifically, I talk about how anger is a very beneficial emotion for us if we use it right.

Self Compassion and Mindfulness give way to the awareness that allows us to do just that.

I hope you enjoy the episode!!!

If you feel like you want to get some support in doing these practices, there’s a link below to schedule a call with me so I can guide you to the program that’s right for you!

If you would like to learn more about these practices I talk about, I encourage you to get in touch.

Some people are well capable of developing these skills on their own, but most of us need a little guidance, motivation, and accountability in order to stick with it long enough for the skills to take root as habits.

If you feel like you could use some coaching, your first session is on me.

In fact, I’ve already bought the first session for you!

All you have to do is claim it.
