In today’s first segment, I talk about how we instinctively know that when someone is struggling it is not the time to bury them beneath a mountain of criticism.

Yet when we ourselves are struggling, criticism - the harsher the better! - is our go-to.

And in the second segment today, I offer some reasoning for why compassion is so vital to our well-being as mammals on this planet.

Also, in both segments, I talk about the 8-week Self-Compassion program I’ll be launching very soon. More on that to come!

Enjoy the episode!!!

If you feel like you want to get some support in doing these practices, there’s a link below to schedule a call with me so I can guide you to the program that’s right for you!

If you would like to learn more about these practices I talk about, I encourage you to get in touch.

Some people are well capable of developing these skills on their own, but most of us need a little guidance, motivation, and accountability in order to stick with it long enough for the skills to take root as habits.

If you feel like you could use some coaching, your first session is on me.

In fact, I’ve already bought the first session for you!

All you have to do is claim it.
