In today’s first segment, I share a very fascinating - and kinda funny - story about an experiment done with a group of Harvard students.

Most of us believe we’re paying attention to our surroundings, but this video suggests a different view.

And it tells us a lot about the importance of attention.

Better yet, attention is a skill. And like any other skill you’ve ever developed, it can be trained through practice.

In the second segment today, I talk about how self-awareness allows us to see and discern between the emotions that just get us worked up for nothing and the emotions that motivate us toward beneficial action.

I hope you enjoy!

If you would like to learn more about these practices I talk about, I encourage you to get in touch.

Some people are well capable of developing these skills on their own, but most of us need a little guidance, motivation, and accountability in order to stick with it long enough for the skills to take root as habits.

If you feel like you could use some coaching, your first session is on me.

In fact, I’ve already bought the first session for you!

All you have to do is claim it.

And you can do that by clicking this link:

Coaching can be one of the most rewarding and life-changing experiences a person can have!

And I have several reviews to back this statement up. (you can read them here):
