I don\\u2019t want to weigh you down with a bunch of brain science - Unless you want to nerd out with me, in which case, send me an email! -  but I will tell you one basic fact about how your brain is working right now:

When you experience negative emotions, it is a sign that your brain is dis-integrated.

And when you experience positive emotions, your brain is integrated.

\\n

Of course, this plays heavily into our daily lives. But integration, or dis-integration, is also related to your health and well-being.
