\\nBecause of the historical subcontext within which many people in our lives hold us, as we change through the practice of Mindfulness and Compassion exercises, those around us don\\u2019t always see our change and, when they treat us as \\u2018the same old us\\u2019, it can be triggering.
\\nLike majorly triggering!
