One of the most common aspects of life for those of us who struggle with chronic anger is the feeling that we must control the circumstances around us.

We do this because we know that if we don\\u2019t people and situations will piss us off. Am I right?

\\n

But here\\u2019s the thing: We can\\u2019t control the people and circumstances around us. Not really, we can\\u2019t. And when we lose control, we get angry.

\\n

And when we get angry, we lose control even more.

\\n

Can you see how this can spiral out of control?
