One of the most common aspects of life for those of us who struggle with chronic anger is the feeling that we must control the circumstances around us.
\\nWe do this because we know that if we don\\u2019t people and situations will piss us off. Am I right?
\\nBut here\\u2019s the thing: We can\\u2019t control the people and circumstances around us. Not really, we can\\u2019t. And when we lose control, we get angry.
\\nAnd when we get angry, we lose control even more.
\\nCan you see how this can spiral out of control?
