If you google the word \\u2018Anger\\u2019, you will see a cascade of websites, blog posts, and articles fill your screen.
\\nA very high percentage of these results will surely include the term \\u2018Anger Management.\\u2019
\\nOf course, anyone who has experienced uncontrolled anger in their lives knows that there is a huge value in learning to manage this tumultuous emotion.
\\nBut I say that trying to manage anger, once it\\u2019s reached, or even approached, the level of rage is nearly impossible.
\\nSo not only will this nearly impossible task be out of reach for most people, the question becomes: what happens when we fail to manage our anger?
\\nOf course, one thing that happens is that the anger just continues to grow and evolve toward rage, which carries all kinds of dire consequences.
\\nBut another, more insidious thing that happens is that we feel shame that we weren\\u2019t able to manage this emotion.
\\nI probably don\\u2019t have to tell you that the shame we\\u2019ve now introduced will eventually become more anger and hurry us toward that point of rage.
