Now, most of the time this kind of headline or lead paragraph would be followed by words of ridicule and resentment.

But this is the Showing up to Life Podcast!!

We all feel that anger and rage in our lives.

And we\\u2019ve all experienced the rage without regulation. So we know the damage that can happen as a result of dysregulation.

By living a life of presence, acceptance, compassion, and curiosity, we can be the person who extends a helping hand to someone who\\u2019s losing it.

Doing so impacts the person who\\u2019s losing it, of course.

But it also impacts you and everyone who witnesses you being kind and compassionate.

And it\\u2019s good for all of us!
