Happiness is a skill.
\\nDoes that statement surprise you?
\\nI know I used to think it was the opposite: that happiness was a matter of circumstances aligning in a certain way. And they rarely aligned in that certain way for me!
\\nBut the reality is that happiness is a simple skill that can be cultivated, from the inside, through practice.
\\nIn today\\u2019s episode, I go into the first layer of happiness and how you can cultivate it:
