Now that we\\u2019ve talked about anger for a few days, let\\u2019s talk about something more comfortable and happy.
\\nHow about compassion?
\\nAlmost every time anger arises in our bodies, there is another person involved.
\\nMaybe it\\u2019s someone close to us, or it\'s an anonymous person cutting us off in traffic.
\\nWhatever the case may be, the key to transforming the hijack of anger and rage, is in feeling compassion for the people who trigger us.
\\nIn today\\u2019s episode, I offer some simple, informal practices that you can use anytime:

\\nIn fact, it is compassion that allows us to clearly see the solution to the anger that threatens to cause us problems in our life.
