Now that we\\u2019ve talked about anger for a few days, let\\u2019s talk about something more comfortable and happy.

How about compassion?

\\n

Almost every time anger arises in our bodies, there is another person involved.

\\n

Maybe it\\u2019s someone close to us, or it\'s an anonymous person cutting us off in traffic.

\\n

Whatever the case may be, the key to transforming the hijack of anger and rage, is in feeling compassion for the people who trigger us.

\\n

In today\\u2019s episode, I offer some simple, informal practices that you can use anytime:

Also in today\\u2019s episode, I am very clear that this does not mean that we must let people walk all over us.

\\n

In fact, it is compassion that allows us to clearly see the solution to the anger that threatens to cause us problems in our life.
