We often hear - and speak - about the terms \\u2018Gut Instinct\\u2019 and \\u2018Generational Cycles.\\u2019 But do we really know what they mean and how they are connected?
\\nWell, in today\\u2019s episode, I talk about this connection with what I hope is just enough science to help you understand.
\\nAs we develop our awareness through the simple daily practices I talk about every day, two really big things start to happen as it relates to this innate knowledge of our nervous system.
\\nFirst, we start to hear this inner voice more clearly.
\\nThis allows us to use this ancient wisdom to guide us through the often chaotic confusion of our lives.
\\nAnd second, when we hear it clearly, the awareness we can develop through mindfulness practices allows us to discern between the gut instincts that serve us and those gut instincts that impede our happiness.
\\nWith this discernment, we can follow that innate knowledge that feeds our happiness and well being and let go of those that do the opposite.
\\nThe result is an intentional interruption of generational cycles that not only result in more happiness for your children and grandchildren, but provide you with a sense of purpose, meaning, and altruism that will contribute to your personal happiness and well being.
