Of all the amazing benefits of mindfulness and heartfulness practices that I talk about here, the one benefit that is probably more beneficial to our lives than all others is the ability to be patient.

Patience can mean the difference between shouting at a child and teaching that child an important lesson.

Patience can be the difference between a successful meeting with someone and a missed opportunity.

\\n

And it can mean the difference between a happy day and a day that is hijacked by stress.

\\n

But the best news of all is that patience, like all the other beneficial results of the work I talk about here, is trainable.

All it takes is practice.
