Something pretty amazing happened yesterday that illustrates really well what I covered last week when I talked about social media consumption.

Not only that, but it also illustrates the wonderful working of the Vagus Nerve.

I had posted a simple message to Facebook yesterday:

“It is not the experience that makes us suffer. It is the unwillingness to accept the experience that makes us suffer.”

This is a statement of universal truth and I know it will apply to every extent of suffering.

But a couple of people took issue with the statement and kinda attacked me in the comments.

I was accused of ‘toxic positivity’ by one person and of being a ‘one-minute guru’ by the other.

In today’s episode, I discuss how I resisted the automatic reaction of fight or flight and instead allowed my heart to lead my replies.

In the end, we all were in harmony and agreement!

If you would like some help with executing the social media practice I talk about in today’s episode, I’ll make it easy!
